Sometimes an event or interview makes you question how such an odd couple of people were paired together - who in the Bush Administration, for example, thought it would be a good idea to let Stephen Colbert give the keynote address? It wasn't up to Bush to book Colbert, someone from (or formally from by now) the AP did that.
